Terms of Service — Summit Community Platform

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Summit website and community platform. By using Summit, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Summit is an invite-only community platform providing a forum, events calendar, member directory, messaging, and AI-powered networking recommendations. Access is provisioned through your community's administrator.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Summit, or older where required by local law.

3. Acceptable use

Do not harass, impersonate, or threaten other members.
Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Do not scrape, resell, or misuse member data from the directory.
Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. Community administrators may moderate or remove content within their community.

5. AI recommendations

Networking recommendations are generated automatically and provided for convenience. We make no guarantees about their accuracy or the outcome of any connection.

6. Termination

Community administrators may remove members from their community. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Summit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify communities of material changes before they take effect.
